Return Policy
Returns & Refunds
We only accept return/refund requests if the customer is not at fault (i.e. wrong size, color, or product was received). All other sales are final. In cases where the wrong product was received, we want to make it right and ensure that you get the product that you ordered. In order to be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of your purchase and the product must be in the exact same condition that you received it in and undamaged in any way. After we receive the product, our team will inspect it and then proceed with sending you the correct item or issuing a refund. If the product is damaged in any way or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible. You have 5 business days after receiving a return shipping label to ship your item back, otherwise you will not be eligible for a refund.
